Q. How do I collect loyalty club card points?
A. You can collect points on every food and drink purchase. For every £1 you spend at the till you'll collect 5 points and when you've collected enough points you can redeem them against any food or drink purchase.
Q. How do I spend points?
A. Each point equals 1p when redeemed against a purchase. When you've collected enough points, you can redeem them against your selected food or drink purchase. For example, a table for 4 total bill of £100, points collected 500 = £5 to redeem against your next bill.
Q. How can I join the Raudin’s Restaurant loyalty club?
A. It's easy to join, all you have to do is fill out a simple form, in our contact page and your card will be ready to collect on your next visit with 500 point as a token of thank you (must be collect in 30 days)
Q. What benefits can I expect with my card?
A. You will get email or text promotions and priority bookings for special events such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and wine testing evenings.
Q. Are then any restrictions as to when I can and can’t use my card?
Q What happens if I lose my card?
A. We will replace it and transfer your points over to the new one minus 100 points to cover the cost of the card.
Q. Does my card have an expiry date?
A. No, however if inactive for more than a year the card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
Q. Anything different from other Loyalty card?
A. Yes, we have monthly draw of 500 points all the card holder who have visited
us during that month will automatically be enter.
We run some double point month, triple point on some events like wine tasting
Q. Can I get a card for someone else?
A. No unless you are already here you can have your card free after your first
visit, however cards will be available through our website soon at a fee.
